A Solid State Relay (SSR) is an electronic switch that has no moving parts. These Relay's are advantageous as they face no wear and tear and offer clean and bounce less operation. The Solid State Relay's makes less noise when switching and can be used in explosive environments where a spark must not be generated during turn-on. These relay's can continue to operate while subjected to severe vibration.

The Signal Isolators are used to provide galvanic isolation from one signal, ( input) to another (output). These isolators generally combine the converter function. The input, output and power supply are electrically isolated from one another, hence these units ideal for solving signal incompatibility and earth loop problems during process control system commissioning.
